Hi, I am Pearl, and I am thrilled to be a part of the re+active team! I am a clinical psychology doctoral student with an emphasis in neuropsychology. My passion for neurology extends to my graduate years, particularly through my work with individuals living with memory impairment and dementia at OPICA Adult Day Care and Counseling Center.

I have worked in various clinical settings, including working at community mental health agencies with children, older adults and their families, and at a medical center providing assessment and therapeutic services to neurodivergent and chronic illness communities. I also have worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, assisting individuals in crisis. In therapy, I borrow from empirically-supported treatments such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help individuals adjust to life changes.

On a personal level, I enjoy spending time with my family and puppy. I love hiking, swimming, walking my dog, and engaging in creative arts.
